We’re a small team of people in Waterford whose lives revolve around coffee. From visiting coffee farms to serving that perfect cup in our flagship coffee bar Trade, Waterford we are obsessed with every single stage of the process. Nothing makes us happier than discovering new coffee farms and harvests that we can develop into speciality roasts for you to enjoy. We’re really excited to have just added a brand new state of the art roaster to our Blue Butterfly team so now we can roast away to our heart’s content - creating the perfect coffee for you every time.

We love a good challenge and the challenge we’ve set ourselves is to bring an ever widening range of coffee to more people every day. That is why we started out by developing a range of bespoke blends to suit all tastes. Our latest commitment is to develop and introduce speciality single origin coffees working directly with small farmers and their New Harvests. Of course we all have our favourite blends so they will always be on offer too.
