Maintenance tips:
Not dishwasher safe.
Clean the grinding wheels with the grinding wheel maintenance kit: once a week (intensive use) or once a month (light use).
For ease of use, first disassemble your mill and use the Comandante brush kit to clean the inside of the mill and the whetstones.
To maintain the wood, use the Comandante maintenance kit (beeswax based).
Do not adjust or remove the three screws at the bottom of your mill, as this may result in your mill being out of calibration or even damaged.
