The Mahlkönig Sync Scale is a precision coffee scale designed to connect compatible Mahlkönig grinders with the wider Sync ecosystem, helping cafés achieve greater consistency and control across their espresso workflow.

When paired with a compatible Grind-by-Sync grinder through the Mahlkönig Sync App, the scale measures espresso extraction and communicates the brewing data back to the grinder. This creates an intelligent feedback loop, allowing the grinder to automatically fine-tune its burr distance to help maintain the desired espresso recipe.

With five weighing modes, including two Sync-enabled modes, the scale can also be used across different coffee preparation workflows. Its compact design accommodates two cappuccino cups side by side, while WiFi connectivity enables integration with compatible Mahlkönig equipment and access to operational data through the Sync ecosystem.

Built for professional environments, the Sync Scale combines a durable aluminium body with a heat-resistant glass display and splash-resistant construction.
